 Froze on \"Please Wait\" when I tried to find out what video card I have. Afterwards I downloaded free \"Unknown Device Identifier 7.00\" and it worked. Found out I had an Intel card and got correct Drivers for my specific card from Intel\'s website.
 this program was complete garbage! it told me nothing and did nothing but put crap on my computer! i had to reload a system image to fix this waste of time... thank god it was free
 it was ok but it did not fix my hardware issue.
Program Fix It not fix my problem. Program offering not only testing but fixing as well.DVD/CD-ROM is not fix. No suggestion what to do next.I expect more from nice named program.
 i tryed to use this program but it keep telling me to to updaeat to 3.00 but that was what i have got and when i do it came up with unsafe so i have not used it yet
Easy to use and attractive, it just doesn\'t do what I thought that it would. I thought that it would test my hardware for problems, not just tell me what hardware I have. It\'s a bit like a glorified \'system information\'.

 Good, but have queries The tool seems quite good, but I have not used it extensively yet though. Wondering if we could capture more than just the webclient and if we have an option to select what all windows to capture for a single recording!
Not an easy learning curve The tool does not have an easy learning curve but once you get on board then its a snap.Initial learning is difficult.

it is quite a functional rich app and thus bulky.. only suitable for someone who wants to create a lot more indepth test scenarios and get indepth results.I was looking for a simple quick standalone app to do this so is not suitable for me at this point of time.
Was unable to make it work to test web services (Soap 1.2/Document-literal) hosted by Weblogic 10.3.1 - HTTP 415 error back.
Opinion I just started to learn your product. I think it's pretty good, have not yet grasped with built-in functions, and there are some difficulties in showing the connection strings using java. But overall I like it.

I would have no problem eventually purchasing this (if I liked the evaluation) BUT I had tried to contact Vermont views both via email and via their two telephone numbers listed on the site. New drivers The program worked well up to and including the downloading of 2 drivers which it said were needed. It told me to look in the My Drivers folder for Updates and to install from there. However, 'Updates' does not exist as a sub-folder in My Driver. The downloaded drivers have vanished and I am no better off.
